At Norby Cloud, we are dedicated to delivering an enhanced experience for our valued clientele, and we are pleased to introduce the following developments in a more formal manner:

Service Expansions:

Enterprise and Reseller Hosting: As of September 23, 2023, we are pleased to announce the addition of enterprise and reseller hosting to our service offerings. For detailed information about these services, please visit our website: Norby Cloud Services.

Cloud Server Expansion: Our cloud server services are scheduled to launch on October 2, 2023. However, we are currently in the testing phase to ensure the highest level of reliability and performance.

Dedicated Servers: Beginning early next year, we plan to incorporate dedicated server solutions, initially available exclusively in our UK data center.

Domain Names: We are pleased to announce an extensive selection of over 1400 distinct top-level domains (TLDs) now available, with pricing commencing at just £4.95 per year.

International Presence: In the first quarter of the upcoming year, we will be expanding our operations to provide web hosting and cloud server services in Amsterdam and Tallinn. You can find more information about our data centers here.

New Payment Solutions:

Until now, PayPal has been our exclusive payment method. However, as of today, we are pleased to introduce additional payment options, including credit/debit card and cryptocurrency payments. Furthermore, we will soon be adding bank transfers via Paysera to provide you with more flexibility in your transactions.

Website and Customer Portal:

We are diligently working to put the finishing touches on our Norby Cloud website. Regrettably, the development of our customer portal is taking slightly longer than initially anticipated. We anticipate launching the customer portal during the course of October.

We are delighted to introduce Mr. Kaarel Kadak, our new Customer Support Specialist. Mr. Kadak is available to assist you through our live chat on the website, within the customer portal, or via email at kaarel@norbycloud.com. Our customer support team is at your service on weekdays from 10am to 9pm and on weekends from 10am to 4pm.

On the technical front, we continue to have Mr. Sander Samun, who can be reached by creating a new support ticket within our customer portal or through direct communication at sander@norbycloud.com. Our technical support team operates around the clock, ensuring the continuous monitoring of our services.

At present, our legal entity is Norby Communications UÜ, registered in Estonia with the registration code: 14786850. Additionally, we are in the process of establishing a company in the UK. However, due to the complexities resulting from Brexit, this process is taking longer than initially expected.
