admin can give nemesis or survivor or start swar mod or give human

i mean Admin Menu .

can give just every 8 minute can make anything in Admin Menu
not everytume give nemesis or survivor , maybe u understand me guys please help me for it

can give nemesis or survivor or start swar mod any time i want
i mean every time , and i want fix if i want enter Admin Menu
can give nemesis or survivor or start swar mod or anything in Admin Menu after 8 minute
if round start and i give nemesis any player , and i want give nemesis too player on this round
then i see cant give it
so i mean i want choose admin Menu every 8 minute give items or start .

then next round i want give again , i see can't give
i need wait 8 minute for give nemesis again or anything in Admin Menu
